Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add a handwritten note to my order? Yes! All of our boxes include a complimentary card explaining the Rainy Day Boxes concept and providing words of support. Our default is to address the Rainy Day Boxes card to the shipping recipient and sign it from the customer ordering the box. Want something different? No problem! You can change the to/from on the card or add a short personal message (handwritten by us). Simply write your request in the "notes" section of your cart prior to checking out.
Can you customize my box? Absolutely! Like what you see but want something a bit more specific? Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply with details on the customizations.
My box is a gift - I do not want my loved one to see the receipt or price. We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift.
Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. We are happy to ship to you domestically, and you can send abroad to your loved one.
What is your processing time? Please allow up to 3-5 business days processing time, followed by 2-5 days to ship domestically via standard USPS shipping.
What if my loved one has already received a Rainy Day Box from someone else? Great question! We keep track of all of our shipments and will cross reference that list before shipping out a Rainy Day Box. If your loved one is already on our shipment list, we will make sure their Rainy Day Box from you contains all new and different items.
What is your return policy? All sales are final. Please contact us if there is an issue with your shipment.
